Store Policy
Hi friends!
Just wanted to share with you a few guidelines pertaining to the store.
Whatever information is entered in incorrectly is not our responsibility so please make sure everything is spelled correctly and all numbers are accurate.
Since we provide custom products all sales are final, however if the product does arrive damaged contact the store within 48 hours of receiving the product. The store will either replace the item for free or compensate with a discount. If the store is not contacted within 48 hours the store will not replace product and is not obligated to give a discount.
Once the package is dropped off at the post office we are not responsible for any damage done to the product(s).
Last but not least the most important we do not share any personal information that is shared with us.
